With Love, Always started as a pandemic-era parking lot concept in 2021, then opened its first permanent location in Centennial Hills in October 2024. The salty, rich flavors and crispy textures make it one of my favorite burgers in Las Vegas.
Double patties with crisp lacy edges and Love Sauce helped earn a Top 100 Restaurants nod.
In a city full of burgers, this concept lives up to the hype and keeps locals coming back.
One caveat from one reviewer: the onion-forward profile can overtake beef flavor on some bites.
