Smash Daddy's is Hartford's homegrown smash burger restaurant, opened in 2025 by Muki Ibraimi — a Hartford native who grew up in the restaurant world and turned a lifelong burger obsession into a reality at age 23. The concept began with a food trailer purchased in September 2023, with nearly 18 months of renovations and permitting before opening in the former George Webb's / Soup Korner building on East Sumner Street.
